How to play Guess The Sound

  1. Step 1

Only the performer checks the sound prompt privately.

Example: Privately read “a boiling kettle.” Only the performer should see it.

  2. Step 2

Use your voice and body, but no words that name the answer.

Example: Make a rising whistle. Do not say “kettle” or give spoken hints.

  3. Step 3

A correct guess earns the group a point. Rotate performers.

Example: When someone guesses Kettle, tap Got it and rotate performers.

Good to know

Can I give spoken hints?

Use your voice and body to imitate the sound, but do not say words that name the answer. Only the performer sees the prompt.

Can we play on a voice call?

Yes, as long as everyone can hear the performer. Microphone noise suppression may cut out unusual sounds; switch to another prompt if needed.

Bring your friends

Create a room with your name and share its invite link or code. Friends join from their own phones or laptops. If you are apart, use a separate voice or video call; Table Bandit does not provide voice chat. One shared laptop is another option when you can keep private cards and answers hidden from the right players.

You can open a room alone to prepare. Start when the group is ready; if someone joins later, the host can restart with everyone. Use the game’s normal turn controls to finish a match, or New round for a fresh start. Add score records a round winner when you want to keep score.
