The Interview
Answer questions as a secret character while everyone else tries to identify you.
A good fit for: People who enjoy improvising in character more than acting silently.

How to play The Interview
Step 1
Only the named performer checks the private character card. Everyone else is the interviewer.
Example: The performer privately sees Sherlock Holmes.
Step 2
Ask open questions aloud. The performer answers in character without saying their name.
Example: Ask “What do you carry to work?” The performer answers “A magnifying glass.”
Step 3
Guess aloud. Tap Guessed it when correct, or Reveal character to give up. The next round rotates the performer.
Example: Someone guesses Sherlock Holmes. Tap Guessed it and rotate to the next performer.
Good to know
Can I say the character’s name?
Keep the name secret. Answer the interviewers’ open questions in character so they can work out who you are.
How is it different from Who Am I?
In The Interview, the performer knows the identity and the group guesses. In Who Am I?, the current guesser is the one who does not know their own identity.
Bring your friends
Create a room with your name and share its invite link or code. Friends join from their own phones or laptops. If you are apart, use a separate voice or video call; Table Bandit does not provide voice chat. One shared laptop is another option when you can keep private cards and answers hidden from the right players.
You can open a room alone to prepare. Start when the group is ready; if someone joins later, the host can restart with everyone. Use the game’s normal turn controls to finish a match, or New round for a fresh start. Add score records a round winner when you want to keep score.
